Terms of purchase
These general terms and conditions of purchase and delivery regulations shall apply to the extent that they are not changed by written agreement between the partners. The provisions come into force as soon as the seller approves the buyer's order.
Section 1
Shipping and handling fees are added unless otherwise agreed.
Section 2
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. If the buyer does not make payment on time, the buyer is obliged to pay late payment interest at 18% from the due date.
Section 3
The seller undertakes, in accordance with what is stipulated below in §§ 4-6, at the seller's own choice, to exchange, remedy or credit the buyer with the faulty part of the delivery. The seller is not responsible for the suitability of the goods when used otherwise than in accordance with written instructions provided by the seller either on the product packaging or otherwise.
Section 4
The seller's responsibility only relates to errors or deficiencies that become apparent within two (2) months from the date of delivery and, as far as errors are concerned, arise from inaccuracies in materials or manufacturing. The seller has no responsibility for errors or deficiencies that become apparent after the time specified above.
Section 5
In addition to what is prescribed in § 3, the seller has no responsibility for errors or deficiencies, even if it is due to a cause that existed before the time of delivery. The seller is not obliged to pay compensation to others either for personal injury or damage to property not covered by the agreement or for loss of profit or for other indirect damage.
Section 6
If the buyer wishes to report an error or deficiency, he must give the seller written notice of this immediately and at the latest within five (5) days from the time he noticed or removed the error or deficiency. If the buyer neglects his obligation to make a complaint according to this point, he loses all right of action. In the event of a complaint, the buyer must, at the seller's request, place the goods at the seller's disposal for examination. If the buyer has not, within two (2) months from the delivery of the goods, given the seller written notice that he wants to complain about a defect or deficiency, he has lost his claim against the seller.
Section 7
Goods may not be returned without our consent, nor are shipping costs imposed.
Section 8
These provisions shall comply with Swedish law and disputes between the parties shall be settled by a Swedish general court.
