A ceramic flap disc with significantly longer lifetime compared to a traditional flap disc and with superior performance. Very effective even on hard alloys. Conical shape type 29 with flaps at a 10° angle provides greater surface contact on both flat and bent surfaces. The best choice when speed and stock removal are primary considerations. Iron and sulphate free (< 1%). Grinds stainless steel, ferrous metals, high tensile alloys etc. Maximum peripheral speed 80 m/s.
